I graduated from Semmelweis University in 1996. As early as during my university years I already knew for sure I was going to be an obstetrician/gynaecologist. I didn’t really consider any other options. I wanted in my job to combine manual skills and operations with human interactions, and achievements coming with that. Following graduation, I immediately started to work at Kútvölgyi Hospital and joined the Maternity team almost at the very beginning.
It is hard to highlight only one special field of my profession but lately I have been working with infertility and its examination. Obstetrics/gynaecology is a fascinating and complex field with many beautiful stories and momentous successes. While conducting a delivery, it is always a great feeling to be part of the happiness of others, and it is a pleasure when a patient is arriving with a positive pregnancy test after years of unsuccessful attempts. It gives me a lot both professionally and personally when I get to be a part of the solution of a problem.
I like spending my free-time traveling, reading, doing sports and watching movies, but the most precious for me is the time I spend with my friends and family. I think honest relationships are the most important in life, so nothing can fill me up with more energy than an afternoon or a night spent around my loved ones.
