ANITA MEZŐ-KOVÁCS

Midwife

I graduated from the Faculty of Health Sciences at Semmelweis University in 2013 and have been working as a midwife ever since.

I began my career in Mezőtúr, and then worked 4 years in the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Clinic of the University of Debrecen.

I joined the Maternity team a year and a half ago. I think it is important for expectant mothers to be able to decide how they want to give birth to their children.

Whether it’s vaginal birth or caesarean section, it is my task to fully support expectant mothers and fathers in this decision.

Often a kind smile and an encouraging word is enough, so they can overcome the difficulties.

We know that giving birth is not easy.

During labour and after caesarean section, it is essential for me to provide the best of my knowledge to ease the “momentary” difficulties and ensure a wonderful childbirth experience.

I spend much of my free time with my family, and we love taking long nature walks.
