I graduated as a midwife from the Faculty of Health Sciences at Semmelweis University in 2021, and as a recent graduate, I started working at the Department of Obstetric Pathology at the Baross Street Obstetrics Clinic. I joined the Maternity team in 2022.
I grew to truly love my profession during my first university practices, when I could see and experience what it is like to witness the birth of a new life. My own experiences further heightened my enthusiasm.
As a midwife, I believe that patience and attentiveness are very important. Effective communication is the foundation of trust in our profession, so I strive to establish and improve it at every possible occasion, whether it is with expectant mothers and their partners or gynaecological patients.
I would like to gain a comprehensive understanding of obstetrics and gynaecology from various perspectives, which is why I intend to obtain a sonography diploma. This way, I’ll be able to perform ultrasound diagnostics during pregnancy as well. I have already started this course, and currently, I am finishing up my practices at the clinic, alongside my duties as a midwife.
