I began my career as a general practitioner in Pécs. In 2005, I continued my medical profession at the Sportkórház sports hospital, initially in the sports medicine clinic, then in the Olympic Clinic from 2012 onwards. Here, I had the opportunity to provide treatment to our Olympic and national athletes. My medical activities covered screening, preparation for competition, and treatment as well. We also conducted body composition measurements and provided nutritional counselling, in collaboration with a dietitian.
In the summer of 2015, I gave birth to my wonderful son, Adam, at the Obstetrics Department of Maternity Private Clinic. I established a good relationship with the institute even during prenatal care. I really appreciate the professional security as well as the cozy atmosphere that surrounded me here. During the years spent as a mother at home, I had the opportunity to delve deeper into my favourite field as well, namely, nutritional sciences. During this time, I was a co-author in the book titled “160 grammos szénhidrát-diéta, az életmódkönyv” [The 160-Gram Carbohydrate Diet, a Lifestyle Book].
Over the course of my career, I have observed a continuous increase in the number of patients struggling with metabolic issues and the growing prevalence of nutrition-related illnesses, including food intolerances, allergies, insulin resistance, and thyroid abnormalities. It fills me with great joy and motivation that I can assist women in preparing for childbirth, ensuring smooth pregnancies for pregnant mothers in the institution where I myself received the most beautiful gift: a healthy baby expected and born in the midst of professional safety. My goal in work is to prepare the female body for a smooth pregnancy, and to provide guidance on proper nutrition and lifestyle for pregnant women. I am also happy to welcome patients who are considering lifestyle changes, for which nutrition is one of the fundamental pillars.
