I studied psychology at Eötvös Loránd University [ELTE] and completed my clinical training at Semmelweis University. Furthermore, I have qualifications in psychodrama and coaching, and have studied psychological counselling at the London School of Counselling in England. My training therapist, Emma C. Molnár, was a psychologist for the I. Obstetrics and Gynaecology Clinic, so it is thanks to her that I got to experience the field of gynaecology early, including its psychological aspect. In my thesis, I examined the relationship dynamics of infertile couples. Through research conducted regarding this topic, I became acquainted with several gynaecologists, which finally set me on the path to pursue a career in this field.

Motherhood has always been a fascination and of importance to me. I could never imagine my life without children, so I have always empathized greatly with those who faced difficulties regarding this, and it has motivated me to help them. My areas of expertise include exploring relationship conflicts, identifying life management obstacles, addressing losses in relation to motherhood, processing the fact of infertility, postpartum depression, and treating anxiety disorders caused by not experiencing an idealized motherhood. I work with mothers for whom the problems with having a child result in heightened stress or anxiety, especially if it is their first child.

I had more than one patient with whom I began to work with on making them comfortable with the thought of adoption. There was someone who had undergone 11 unsuccessful IVF attempts before therapy. After our collaborative efforts, they decided to try again, and on the 13th attempt, they successfully welcomed a healthy and beautiful child into the world. In another, we identified an untreated thyroid disease. After treatment, they managed to finally conceive. I have two children, so motherhood and the experience it also plays a central role in my life besides my profession. As such, it is always a great joy when I can help others.

In my free time, I prefer to be with my family and friends, playing sports or hiking. I also try to constantly improve and learn, as well as dedicate time to personal development.
