Neonatal nurse leader
I began my work 33 years ago at the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of Semmelweis University.
Over the years since then, I have continuously pursued further education, expanding my theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of newborn and premature infant care.
Upon joining the Honvéd Hospital, I participated in numerous courses where I learned how premature babies behave and their reactions. I learned how to involve families and parents in the treatment of their child during hospitalization.
I consider the “golden hour”, the formation of attachment and connection, and the support of breastfeeding to be of utmost importance.
It was with great pride and dedication that I joined the Neonatal Department of Maternity Private Clinic in November 2023. As leading newborn care specialist, I have been committed to the support of the CSALÁD SZÜLETIK programme of the clinic from the very beginning. Every doctor, lactation consultant, newborn care nurse, and midwife working in the neonatal department has a huge responsibility to ensure that after 48 hours, parents leave the clinic well-prepared and with a newborn in safety.
I believe that with our team, we can support parents during the postpartum hospital stay, so that they become more confident each day on the journey towards becoming a family. Through this approach, I aim to provide professional and practical assistance to parents, and to be present in the effective operation of the clinic’s neonatal department, with my support of the family and breastfeeding, and my empathetic attitude.
