ZSUZSANNA SZOLNOKI, M.D.

Pediatrician

I obtained my medical degree from the University of Debrecen, Faculty of Medicine in 2018. Following this, I began my specialty training at the Heim Pál National Pediatric Institute. During my work, I gained experience in various fields of pediatrics, but it quickly became clear to me that neonatal and preterm care is where I want to fully develop my professional expertise.

Since 2019, I have been working in the Neonatal and Preterm (PIC) Unit at the North-Pest Central Hospital, and I also spent six months gaining professional experience in London. In 2024, I successfully completed my specialist examination in pediatrics at Semmelweis University.

Continuous professional development has always been important to me. I strive to stay up to date with the latest research and guidelines, and I practice evidence-based medicine in my daily work.

As part of my role in the PIC unit, I have been teaching newborn resuscitation to parents for several years. In 2024, I became an internationally recognized NLS (Neonatal Life Support) instructor and was part of the team that delivered the first NLS course in Hungary.

The birth of a child brings immense joy, but also many concerns for new parents. I aim to provide them with practical knowledge and skills that are useful in everyday life.

I warmly welcome expectant and new parents to attend basic infant resuscitation training with me, offered in English!
