Ibolya Fazekas, M.D.

I had worked in the hospital of Debrecen between 1995 and 2000, then I specialised in internal medicine in 2000. I am working at the Department of Internal medicine at the St. Margit Hospital, I have a diabetology practice and currently I am doing an endocrinology professional training. I started working at Maternity Clinic in 2018.

I had been preparing for this profession since kindergarten, I definitely wanted to work with people, I always wanted to help them. This is how I found my profession which I still love very much and do with devotion and passion. There is a lot of success in internal medicine. I am always happy with good diagnoses and it is always a wonderful feeling to help patients. Internal medicine is a huge and complex field, we face diverse problems and it feels good to find solutions.

I have four children, all under 18, and I don’t have much free time, so I try to spend as much time as I can with them. I am glad when I find some time for culture. I like going to the theatre or exhibitions and I like hiking too.
