Judit Töllösy, M.D.
I started my career as GP in Pécs. In 2005, I continued my work at the Sports Clinic, first in a sports medicine practice, then in the Olympics’ office from 2012. Here I had the chance to treat our Olympic athletes and our national team. My medical work included screening, preparation and treatment. Our office helped with body composition analyses and dietetic consultation.
In 2015, I gave birth to my wonderful son, Ádám, at Maternity Clinic. I developed a good relationship with the clinic already during prenatal care. I loved the professionalism which provided safety and the cosy atmosphere surrounding me. During maternity leave, I managed to extend my knowledge in my favourite field, nutrition science. During this period, I was a co-author of the book entitled “The 160 gram carbohydrate diet, a life style book”.
During my career, I realized that there is an increasing number of patients suffering from metabolic problems and the prevalence of nutrition-related diseases, including intolerances, allergies, insulin resistance and thyroid dysfunctions. It gives me a great pleasure and is very motivating to help prepare women for motherhood and ensure a smooth pregnancy in an institute in which I got the most beautiful gift: a healthy baby arriving in a professional and safe environment. The aim of my work is to prepare women for a smooth pregnancy, show guidance in nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. I am also happy to help people who are considering changing their lifestyles, which starts with nutrition.
