to Maternity Private Clinic Limited Liability Company (Company registration number: 01-09-918867; registered office: 1126 Budapest, Királyhágó tér 8-9.; tax number: 14766624-2-43.) as the appointed healthcare provider, storing the documentation related to my treatment on their online platform in addition to issuing paper-based reports. We inform you that based on Section 30 of Act XLVII of 1997 on the Protection and Management of Health Data and Related Personal Data: healthcare documentation and the personal data necessary for its identification, which are included in the data sheet - except for images created by diagnostic imaging procedures and the reports thereof - must be retained for 30 years; the discharge summary must be retained for 50 years; the image created by diagnostic imaging procedures must be retained for 10 years; the report created from the image must be retained for 30 years. The personal data you provide will be handled exclusively in accordance with the Maternity Private Clinic's Privacy Policy and will not be disclosed to unauthorized parties.
